ATCAA needs help! Please bring canned food!
Bring your razor scooter and sign up on a team at any of the following businesses. Must be 21 to participate. Teams consist of five members in a relay and the first team to cross the finish line is the winner. The teams (one member from each team at a time) go to each one of the participating libation locations and return to the starting point. The first team to have all their members in is the winner There will also be a poker run included in the race. Winner of the poker run will be determined when all the teams are in.

Do you have a team that wants to participate? Last year the Rock and Pub of Twain Harte won. Will they be the winners this year?
The annual event is always fun for both children and adults and always begins at 1:00 pm sharp. There is an Easter Egg Hunt for the children followed by an egg toss competition for all ages. Make sure to bring your easter basket to collect your eggs in at the hunt. There are also “golden eggs” in the hunt for special prizes. Age groups for the hunt run from toddlers all the way up to 6th graders. This is a great family event and takes place rain or shine.
Back by popular demand, this event is open to all those who have a dog or dogs trained to walk on a lesh and who’s dogs are socially friendly. Sign-up start at 10AM out in front of Cal Fire on Meadow Lane and the parade starts at 11:00 AM on Joaquin Gully in Twain Harte. The parade is two blocks long and there are always spectators out on the sidelines to root you on. There are awards given for best dressed dog, best looking dog and the worst looking dog. There are local dog vendors in the parking lot by All That Matters and food is available from any of the restuarants in town. Bring your dog and join in the parade.
It is time to dress in your Red, White and Blue and make sure to bring your flag to wave. This is the day when we honor our military personnel; both those who are serving and those who have served. The day starts off with a small military parade who present the colors followed by a presentation and the changing of the flag. Each year we honor a local veteran by dedicating the flag raising in there name and that name is added to the plaque sitting at the base of the flag pole. It is always a very moving ceremony and we would encourage everyone to come out to this event. The day continues with a hot dog feed at Eproson Park so don’t miss out on the fun. Come join the community of Twain Harte as we honor our military veterans.
This is one of Twain Harte’s best events and is the kick off to the summer season. One of Soroptimist International of Twain Hartes biggest fundraisers, it is a wine and food experience with local wineries and local restaurants each giving us a tasting of what they have to offer. There is a silent auction with a wide selection of items for you bid on along with a live auction with some extraordinary items to bid on. Once again, our most popular opportunity drawing item is our Wagon of Wine. This is a traditional “little red wagon” with stake sides and filled with a minimum of 60 bottles of wine. Each bottle has a retail price of $10.00 or more and so for a “stretch” of tickets ($20.00 for 35 tickets) your have the chance to wine $600.00 worth of wine. The members of Soroptimist International of Twain Harte look forward to seeing you at their event. All money raised goes back into the community to support education, health and humanitarian needs.
