Ghosts, ghouls, and more will join us as we close off the streets of Downtown Twain Harte to celebrate Halloween! The Twain Harte businesses will be handing out candy and treats to trick-or-treaters, and participants are welcome to join our costume contests. Businesses will also participate in a "people's choice" decorating contest.
