Twain Harte Oktoberfest 2025
Take in the changing leaves as you taste your way through Twain Harte! With over 10 participating businesses, there's no shortage of beer and small bites at our annual Oktoberfest Pub-Crawl.
Ticket purchase includes a tasting mug, lanyard, map, and free entry into our Oktoberfest costume contest and tastings of food and drink at participating businesses. Participants are also welcome to participate for trophies and prizes in our Stein Holding Contest ($10 buy-in) and our yodeling contest ($5 buy-in).

Twain Harte’s Trick or Treat Street
Ghosts, ghouls, and more will join us as we close off the streets of Downtown Twain Harte to celebrate Halloween! The Twain Harte businesses will be handing out candy and treats to trick-or-treaters. Businesses will also participate in a "people's choice" decorating contest.
September Mixer @ The McCaffrey House
Join us in celebrating The McCaffrey House at our September Mixer. As always, our mixers are a great way to meet community members and business owners, and a great way to appreciate what our wonderful town has to offer. We encourage folks to bring raffle prizes to promote their business. Food and drinks will be available. This event is free and open to the public.
Summer Festival Post-Event Business Meeting
Sun Poppy Market and Events hosted this year’s Summer Festival at the end of July. As a Chamber, we find value in community events that bring visitors to our town throughout the year, and want to act as a liaison between Sun Poppy and the Twain Harte businesses to ensure we are providing the best opportunities and clear communication to all parties involved for this event in the future.
To streamline this endeavor, we are hosting a Summer Festival Post-Event Business Meeting on Monday, September 8th, from 1:00p-2:00p at the Twain Harte Community Center. Peitra Rice, owner of Sun Poppy, will be present to answer any questions, hear suggestions, and work with our Twain Harte businesses as she plans for next year’s event. Because there is limited space, we ask that only business owners and managers attend. If you are unable to make the meeting, please email us any suggestions and insights at info@twainhartecc.com.
We look forward to hearing your ideas on how to improve this event to better serve our businesses for 2026!
Concerts in the Pines with Gotcha Covered
Gotcha Covered is a band covering a wide variety of hit music. We play the top hits of every genre from the 70's to today. Exploding vocals, combined with powerful harmonies, bring every song to life. We take the extra effort to make the songs sound like you're listening to the original artists LIVE. Multiple keyboards and synthesizers make our song collection extraordinarily broader than any other band you've heard.

4th of July Parade

The World Class Twain Harte Outhouse Races
The anticipation is building as we aim to have an impressive lineup of 20 racers, each ready to showcase their creativity and competitive spirit in this unique event.
The World Class Outhouse Racing is set to make its grand return to the picturesque Eproson Park in beautiful Twain Harte, California, on Saturday, June 7, 2025. The opening ceremonies will kick off at 9:00 AM, heralding a day filled with laughter, excitement, and community spirit.
June 7th will be here sooner than you think, so don’t let the days slip away! If you are eager to participate as a racer in the exciting Twain Harte Outhouse Race, now is the perfect time to sign up. The Central Sierra Audubon Society Plein Air Fest
Twain Harte has been declared an official bird town by the Central Sierra Audubon Society! In celebration of this honor, they are holding a Plein Air event on May 17th at Meadows Park in Twain Harte. The event will feature local artists painting renderings of official "bird town" signs. The event is free and we encourage spectators to enjoy brunch afterward at our local restaurants.

Twain Harte's Winter Wonderland Parade
We are excited to be involved with the return of Twain Harte’s beloved Christmas Parade this year. You can complete a FREE parade entry form on the Twain Harte Homeowners site HERE on behalf of a business.
Important Details:
DATE: Friday, December 6
TIMES: The downtown Christmas caroling will start at 5:30 p.m., featuring Summerville High School’s Jazz@8. The tree lighting will be at 6:00 p.m., and the parade will begin immediately after. Visit Santa at the Eproson Park Rotary Stage following the parade!
